Drexel continues the tradition of housing Greek organizations on 34th Street and Powelton Avenue!

University Housing manages six properties on 34th Street and Powelton Ave. which currently house ten Greek organizations. The properties include: 200-212 N. 34th Street, 3401 Powelton Avenue, and 3411 Powelton Avenue.

Each house tends to take on a personailty of its own with the respective Greek organizations taking leadership and working with University Housing staff to ensure a quality living experience for their residents.
