HELP! I'm locked out!
First contact your house manager, then the HD on duty, and finally your House Director. If all else fails, contact Public Safety.

I can only put work orders in for my room - not common rooms
Correct. Please work with your house manager or house director to submit work orders which concern common areas of the house.

It's after hours and there's a work order that needs to be done
We do have a 24-hour response to maintenance requests, but on a safety and emergencey priority. Contact the HD on duty if an issue arises that you feel needs immediate attention.

Card access isn't working for me
University Housing manages the card access to the 34th Street houses. Contact UH at housing@drexel.edu or 215-895-6155 to discuss your specific situation. Please have your student ID number handy.

Can I switch my housing agreement from a residence hall to 34th Street Housing?
Yes. You will need to break your Housing Agreement for the residence hall. Visit the Forms section of our site to download the "request to be released" form and submit to University Housing.

I want to move out of the house before my Individual House Agreement expires. Is this possible?
Yes. Click here for more information.
