Transfer students may apply to the Pennoni Honors College trough the term prior to the start of Junior year; Juniors may not apply.  In order to apply, students should have a minimum GPA of 3.75 or higher, other evidence of accomplishment, and a record of conduct befitting an Honors student.  In rare cases, students with GPAs slightly below a 3.75 may be considered for admission if they present a strong record of positive achievement in activities beyond the classroom in areas such as creative work, research, community or government service, entrepreneurship, and athletics.  For incoming transfer students, your application MUST be received by August 1st.

• Transfer students must complete a Pennoni Honors College application available online or in the Honors College Office located at 5016 MacAlister Hall.
• Provide a transcript from your current college or university
• Provide a letter of recommendation from a professor or instructor at your current college or university.  This letter of recommendation should be in a sealed envelope enclosed with your application.
• Applications must be received by August 1
• You will be notified of a decision regarding your candidacy via email 4 to 5 weeks after your completed application has been received.
