Who we are:
The Honors Student Advisory Committee (HSAC) is an student-run organization comprised of Honors Students who supplement the programs and activities available to them within the Honors Program with additional events and community service opportunities. HSAC is open to all Honors students and new members are welcome at anytime. Meetings and events occur year-round.
What we do:
HSAC, the voluntary advisory committee of the Honors Program, is dedicated to the fundamental success of students of Drexel University’s Honors Program. Its purpose is to adequately represent the student body and reflect the concerns and wishes of the students. Through promoting academic, social, and civic service opportunities, HSAC strives to foster community among students of the Program.
The Honors Student Advisory Committee meets weekly to plan events for current Honors students. Events range from community service projects to social activities. In addition to planning events, HSAC members act as Honors Student ambassadors, reaching out to prospective and interested current students to provide first-hand information about being in Honors.
