Physical wellness is an important part of a healthy, active lifestyle and a positive work/life balance. A Healthier U encourages Drexel students, faculty, and professional staff to take advantage of our comprehensive medical, educational, and recreational services and resources designed to improve overall health. These offerings combine several key strategies for healthy living, including exercise, nutrition, and tobacco cessation, for a well-balanced approach to physical wellness.


PROJECT CONNECT: PARTNER-BASED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROMOTION FOR WOMEN

Are you a woman age 25-70 who would like to be more active? Do you wish you could connect with someone who has a similar goal, and could provide encouragement and support? Join Drexel’s PROJECT CONNECT! This month-long, no-cost program will pair you with another woman who wishes to be more active; you also will be able to test out an internet-connected activity monitor and learn behavioral skills for increasing activity.
