The Drexel Meditation Group (DMG) meets every Thursday from 12:30-1:00 in the Interfaith Sanctuary (Paul Peck Problem Solving Center, 101 N. 33rd Street (building entrance next to Drexel Pizza)). Note that you must have a Drexel ID card to swipe into this building.

The "Interfaith Sanctuary" is on the third floor, room 315. Once on the 3rd floor, go back to the farthest hallway and turn left. The sanctuary is on the left, room 315. If you take the first hallway, just circle the floor all the way around and it will be the right.

These weekly sessions will offer a short meditation followed by discussion. This is a great opportunity to sit quietly with Drexel colleagues and friends and to learn how to better manage your stress and more deeply engage your work and your life.

The DMG offers an opportunity for Drexel professional staff, faculty, and students to reduce stress and grow in mindfulness and compassion together.

Check the Healthier U calendar for information about upcoming special events related to meditation. The DMG will periodically bring in speakers to discuss meditation techniques, workplace wellness, stress management, and more.

To be added to the DMG listserve, if you have questions about the DMG, or if you want to learn more about special events related to meditation, please contact: Monica Fauble or Ahaji Schreffler.
