Health Advocate: Drexel University and the Drexel University College of Medicine partners with Health Advocate, a group of professionals trained to understand the ins and outs of the healthcare system, to assist employees. Whether you're having trouble figuring out a hospital bill, understanding your benefits, or finding a doctor, Health Advocate is available to you and your dependents by phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Employee Assistance Program: The Employee Assistance Program and Work/Life Benefits are also handled through Health Advocate. They provide guidance and counseling for faculty, professional staff, and dependents dealing with personal or professional issues. For Students
University City Campus: The Counseling Center on the University City Campus offers free, confidential counseling services provided by mental health professionals to currently enrolled full-time undergraduate and graduate students in an atmosphere that is welcoming and comfortable for all students. Center City Campus: The Student Counseling Center (SCC) on the Center City Hahnemann Campus aims to improve the quality of life and emotional well-being of all students. The SCC offers a variety of therapeutic and academic counseling services free of charge to currently enrolled Drexel University students. An exception is formal psycho educational and neuropsychological testing, for which there is a fee. The staff provides professional, confidential assistance in a supportive atmosphere.
