Eco-Reps

Eco-Reps is a student-led sustainability peer ambassador program. Eco-Reps work closely with the Climate & Sustainability team to generate sustainability focused programming, education, and community building for the Drexel community. Find out more on their DragonLink page.

Co-op Positions

We hire a co-op student each cycle to work closely with us on developing Drexel’s climate and sustainability strategy. Our co-ops work on our annual STARS submission, support the climate action plan process, coordinate Eco-Reps meetings and activities, help with tabling at public events and programs, support our social media content, and more. You can find us in the Steinbright Career Development Center’s co-op position listings.

Work-study Positions

Get paid to work on the sustainability issues that you feel passionate about! We have a number of work-study positions supporting Eco-Reps, the Climate Action Plan, and our STARS performance. If you have work-study availability, look for our position listings in Drexel’s work-study website or get in touch with us at sustainability@drexel.edu to learn more.

Support STARS

Completing our annual STARS report is a big task, and more importantly we are interested in engaging with Drexel divisions and departments in both data collection and analysis. If you are interested in how your office can play a role in boosting our STARS performance and in integrating best practices into your office or department functions, get in touch with us at sustainability@drexel.edu.

Participate in the Climate Action Plan

In November 2022 we launched Drexel’s first Climate Action Plan process to generate a roadmap for achieving carbon neutrality and a more climate-friendly campus. This participatory committee-based process will take place over 12 – 18 months and will engage Drexel faculty, staff, and students in focused committee work. Visit the Climate Action Plan page for more information.
