Teaching Assistant Awards: Eligibility Requirements and Submission Process

The Committee on Teaching Assistant Excellence is accepting nominations of outstanding teaching assistants from now through May 8th, 2010.

Students, peers, faculty and staff are encouraged to nominate teaching assistants for certificates of recognition and monetary awards.

Please be sure the nominee satisfies the following requirements:

• Nominee must have been appointed as a Teaching Assisatnt and has taught at least one full quarter as a TA during the current academic year.
  
• Nominee must be teaching or has taught courses/labs/recitations that s/he had major responsibility and/or played a major role in the teaching of the class.
