Drexel University College of Medicine
The Drexel University College of Medicine, formerly MCP Hahnemann University, has been educating students in the biomedical sciences for more than 150 years and is one of the largest private medical schools in the United States.
Committed to preparing students for careers as academic scientists and successful professionals, the college has designed a core curriculum that provides a comprehensive education to ensure that students have an understanding of other disciplines as well as expertise in their own fields of study.
The College of Medicine is building on its national recognition as an institution that emphasizes innovation in medical education, adding Drexel's strengths in technology to the academic programs. The school is dedicated to preparing "physician healers" who practice medicine as an art as well as a science.
