The sixth floor of the Academic Building, located on 33rd and Arch Streets, is home to Drexel’s Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Culinary Science, and Food Science programs.
Students
benefit from laboratory courses taught in professional kitchens, an
extensive culinary reference library, and the Academic Bistro, where
they prepare for rewarding careers in the rapidly growing food and
hospitality industry.
The
Academic Bistro facilities include a bright and stylish dining room,
conference room, bar, and lounge equipped with a state-of-the-art sound
system and two large-screen televisions.
Under
the guidance of Drexel’s experienced instructors, students prepare
lunch or dinner at the Bistro on select days of the week. All meals are
made on the premises from the freshest, highest quality ingredients,
and prices are amazingly low.
For your convenience, the Academic Bistro accepts Drexel University Ultima Funds for payment.
