Hospitality Management

Goodwin College's Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hospitality Management program with a business minor recognizes the critical importance of an interdisciplinary education with a global perspective for tomorrow's leaders and managers. Building on four major strengths—innovative management, customer service, technology, and international operations—this program prepares individuals to assume leadership of projects, programs, and staff in hospitality organizations.

Committed to building student knowledge across functional areas and contributing disciplines, the Hospitality Management program allows students to specialize in one of four areas of concentration:

  • Food & beverage management
  • Travel and tourism
  • Hotel administration
  • Gaming & resort management

In order to provide students with a well-rounded educational experience, the Hospitality Management curriculum is composed of approximately equal amounts of coursework in liberal arts, business administration, and hospitality management. As part of the Hospitality Management program, all students receive a minor in business along with their bachelor of science degree.
