Transfer Students
Goodwin College welcomes transfer students and offers the opportunity to transfer existing credits to full-time, part-time, online, or accelerated Saturday degree programs.
Transfer students are required to have 24 or more college credits and a minimum 2.5 G.P.A. Courses with a grade of “C” or better earned from regionally accredited institution will count toward transfer credit. A maximum of 90 semester credits will be considered for acceptance into Goodwin College programs. Goodwin College's academic advisors determine appropriate transfer of credit on a course-by-course basis. Semester credits accepted for transfer will be converted by Drexel University to quarter credits.
When transferring to Drexel, a maximum of 90 semester credits will be accepted. It is highly recommended that students submit unofficial transcripts for a preliminary transfer credit evaluation by an academic advisor.
For more information, please contact Jacqueline Wiseley at 215-895-6255 or jmb35@drexel.edu .
Application fee is waived when you apply online or in-person. Official transcripts from each college/university or school you previously attended are required for an admissions decision to be determined. Please submit a Transcript Request Form (PDF) to the college/university or school you previously attended when requesting transcripts.
Non-Matriculated Students:
As a non-matriculated student, Drexel offers you the opportunity to take courses that can be applied toward your degree after you satisfy matriculation requirements. The credits you completed with a grade of “C” or higher at regionally accredited institutions will transfer after you matriculate. Please note that as a non-matriculated student, you are not eligible for financial aid. You can apply for aid after you matriculate into a degree program.
