Who should choose Culinary Science?

Students with the following characteristics are well-suited for Drexel’s B.S. in Culinary Science program:

• Strong and creative leaders
• Interest in working in the dynamic food manufacturing industry to develop the next generation of food ingredients and products
• Show aptitude in general science-related area such as biology or chemistry, but are interested in applying their expertise in the more specialized field of culinary science.
