Construction management is a dynamic profession combining technology, business, science, and liberal arts.

Goodwin's B.S. degree program in construction management has been growing and developing with the industry since its inception in 1975. While an understanding of the technical aspects of construction is extremely important, it is also essential that construction professionals become proficient in management and leadership skills.

  • Mathematics

  • Business administration
  • Architecture
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Structural systems
  • Construction methods
All phases of operation and management of the construction organization are addressed, including cost estimation, quality control, financial control, and project control. To satisfy liberal arts and free elective requirements, students may choose from a wide range of subjects in the social sciences and humanities.
