Drexel University is proud to serve as a co-sponsor for The STEM Talent Development Forum: A Dialogue for Action Setting the Stage for U.S. Competitiveness through Science-Technology-Engineering-Math (STEM) Education. The forum, hosted by the National Council for Advanced Manufacturing (NACFAM) and the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC), will be held on June 26-27 at the Hilton Philadelphia Airport Hotel. Designed as an educational event, the forum will focus on translating policy and program recommendations into practical regional approaches and actions that provide companies with access to the high-skilled, STEM-educated workers they need to be more competitive in a global marketplace.
Discussion topics will include meeting the STEM Education Challenge, building a world-class education and training system in the U.S. to support private sector innovation, and assuring America’s global competitiveness.
