Profile:

Dr. Joseph Lema is an assistant professor for the Hospitality Management program at Drexel's Goodwin College of Professional Studies. He has more than 10 years of management experience in the hotel and casino industry. 

Dr. Lema lectures and consults nationally and internationally in the areas of hospitality and tourism services related to self-service technology, management, and marketing. In addition, he serves on three editorial boards and is the faculty advisor for the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education Eta Sigma Delta Management Honor Society at Drexel.
