Adrienne Hall manages the Academic Bistro and teaching facility for the Culinary Arts, Culinary Science, and Hospitality Management programs. She has been a chef instructor at Drexel University for three years.
Prior to coming to Drexel, Adriennel spent nearly 20 years working in many facets of the hospitality industry. She has been both a pastry chef and an executive chef, as well as, a culinary consultant in various operations in New York , New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
Ms. Hall spent a year and a half living and cooking in Zurich , Switzerland. During her stay in Europe she traveled and explored cuisines and cultures. |
