Dr. Jozef Rzeznik began his career teaching courses related to manufacturing processes and automation in manufacturing at Warsaw Polytechnical University in Warsaw, Poland, where he wrote his doctoral dissertation on “Direct Numerical Control of Machine Tools.”
Dr. Rzeznik, a professional engineer and certified manufacturing engineer, has a wide range of industrial experience working in Poland, Germany, and the United States. At the high-tech company Kulicke and Soffa, he was involved with designing high-speed machinery for the semi-conductor industry. He provided support to design groups with various technical calculations pertaining to applied mechanics, manufacturability, tolerance analysis, and optics. In this capacity, he utilized SDRC, a computer-aided design system. Dr. Rzeznik was also previously employed by Commodore and DeValTronix as a senior engineer.
