Drexel University’s tradition of offering university degrees to students who are working full-time during the day began with the founding of the Drexel Institute for Art, Science, and Industry in 1891. The first evening courses were offered in 1892. Since that time, programs offered in the evening have enjoyed persistent popularity, serving generations of adult working students committed to their families, their jobs, and their futures.
Goodwin College's evening degree programs offer students with daytime commitments the opportunity to complete a bachelor’s degree during times that don’t conflict with their job responsibilities.
