The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) represents the University in contested matters in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.  The OGC handles a wide variety of claims, including

• constitutional issues,
• contracts,
• employment discrimination,
• personal injury,
• worker’s compensation and other legal claims.

In addition, the OGC handles all subpoenas and document requests on behalf of the University.
