The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) provides legal advice related to the application for, and prosecution, maintenance and licensing of, copyrights, patents and trademarks on behalf of the University.

In addition, the OGC assists in writing and interpreting related intellectual property policies and provides advice related to relevant government regulations and statutes.
