Billing CyclesFull-Time Undergraduate and Law StudentsStudents, including those on the fall/winter co-op cycle, are billed annually in the fall. While on co-op you can take one undergraduate course (up to four credits) without an additional charge — you will be billed for any additional credits you take while on co-op. Part-Time and Graduate StudentsStudents are billed each quarter or semester once they are registered for classes. The Higher Education Services (HES) Installment Payment Plan (IPP) allows you to budget all or a portion of your educational expenses into monthly payments. IPP is not a loan — you will not be charged interest, only an annual application fee. Participation does not affect your financial aid eligibility, and you can adjust your budget at any time for changes in curriculum or financial aid. Drexel offers a deferred payment plan for students attending the University as part of an employer education assistance program. Under this plan you can defer paying the portion of your tuition that is reimbursable under your employer’s program until the end of the second week of classes of the following quarter or semester. Important Tax InformationThere may be tax implications for payments made in one calendar year for terms starting after March 31 of the following calendar year.
