Assist Help Desk staff with daily tasks associated
with the EMR initiative (electronic medical records) including, but
not limited to:
Troubleshooting computer hardware/software/networking issues. Imaging
computers using Ghost. Delivering/picking-up computer equipment |
| Qualifications: |
Individual must have some basic computer software/hardware
knowledge. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work well in
a team. Network experience a plus. |
