BS/MS Biomedical Engineering '14


Rachel is a B.S./M.S. student majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering and a minor in Business Administration.  Her goal at Drexel is to enrich her educational and work experiences with an international perspective. She has co-oped at Johnson & Johnson, Merck, and ChemPartner (in Shanghai, China).  She used her Whitaker scholarship to fund a study abroad term in London at the Foundation for International Education.  On campus, Rachel is the founder and president of the Drexel Chapter of the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) and has held leadership positions in the Society of Women Engineers, Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, and the Multicultural Greek Council.
