Bringing new faculty into the Drexel community is both a privilege and a responsibility which is shared by members of search committees as well as our faculty at large. The materials here provide resources and guidelines for search committees to enable Drexel to recruit excellent faculty with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Moreover, we encourage all faculty members, and not just those on official search committees, to play an active role in developing a preeminent faculty in a wide range of fields through informal networking and bringing outstanding potential faculty members to Drexel’s attention.
