Drexel University is committed to continuing to develop a preeminent faculty with diverse experiences and expertise. Through our faculty development initiatives, through our policies, and through our recruitment efforts, Drexel aims to create an academic environment that supports and embraces faculty diversity and equity. We plan to continue to develop these materials and create new resources and welcome your suggestions and ideas.

The administration and faculty at Drexel work hard to achieve a welcoming environment in which all members of the Drexel community, regardless of race, sex, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, nationality, religious affiliation, or disability, have the opportunity to participate in Drexel’s rich tradition of scholarship, teaching, and service. The Office of Faculty Development and Equity sponsors various initiatives that support faculty members to foster an atmosphere of inclusion and respect. The Office’s initiatives and events provide faculty support, networking and recognition, and offer resources for faculty with diverse needs, interests and experiences.
