Create An Account
In order to submit work orders and request estimates online, every department must have an account set up with University Facilities. To create an account, please complete a Work Order Access Request Form [PDF] and fax completed form to 215-895-6754.
One primary user and one secondary user must be specified on the Work Order Access Request Form [PDF]. Adding a third user is optional and left to the discretion of the department.
Once the completed form is received, you will be contacted to schedule a training date. Training on how to use the work order system is required for all designated users.
