Health Sciences Campus Operations (HSCO) is responsible for maintenance and housekeeping services in facilities throughout the Center City Hahnemann Campus, Queen Lane Medical Campus and many clinical practices. The Operations & Maintenance department oversees the services of contracted vendors to provide the following services:
- Maintenance: Heating/Air Conditioning, lighting, repairs, keys, locks, elevators, plumbing, leaks, etc.
- Housekeeping: Cleaning and custodial services and trash removal.
- Recycling Services: Collection and disposal of recyclable materials placed in designated containers.
- Grounds Maintenance: Landscaping, outdoor cleaning and snow removal.
