Hosting an Event at the Health Sciences Campuses

Event Services on the Queen Lane Medical Campus and Center City Hahnemann Campus are supported by Event Services staff in the Health Sciences Campus Operations department.

Event Services at each campus acts as the liaison in assisting the event coordinator representing the event’s sponsoring organization. Event Services can guide the event coordinator through the planning process, including scheduling housekeeping, setup/room arrangement, equipment/furniture rental, and public safety notification. The event coordinator is responsible for arranging services directly with providers such as onsite event management, catering, audio visual, parking, and transportation.
