Dr. Christine Fiori Speaks at Inaugural Joseph Lambert Sr. Distinguished Lecture Series

Christine FioriOn June 2, 2014, the College of Engineering's Construction Management (CMGT) Program had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Christine Fiori for the inaugural Joseph Lambert Sr. Distinguished Lecture Series. Fiori, a Drexel CoE Alumna, presented International Service Learning Experiences in Construction Engineering & Management. Her presentation focused on her service learning experiences in Vietnam, Africa, Belize, Haiti and Guatemala.

Fiori is the Preston and Catharine White Fellow and Associate Director of the Myers-Lawson School of Construction at Virginia Tech. She received her B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Geotechnical Engineering from Drexel University in 1992, 1994 and 1997, respectively. She served as a Civil Engineering Officer in the United States Air Force and taught at both the United States Air Force Academy and Arizona State University before joining the faculty at Virginia Tech in 2007.
