Drexel Staff Assembly-Engineering (DSA-E)

Organized in September 2019, the Drexel Staff Assembly-Engineering (DSA-E) is an advocacy and coordinating organization of the staff of the College of Engineering. Staff become members upon accepting employment within the College of Engineering. The mission of is to advocate for the well-being of the College of Engineering staff through professional development, recognition of contributions, facilitation of communication across all stakeholder groups, and participation in college governance. The DSA-E cares deeply about transparency, advocacy, and raising staff voices as we strive to maintain a workplace where we are valued and supported. See our guidance document [PDF].
