The Renewable Energy Technologies and Infrastructure Networks (GAANN-RETAIN) program provides need-based graduate fellowships to Ph.D. students who will receive exceptional training in research and education in the applied science and technology of renewable energy sources, power distribution infrastructure, ecologically friendly materials and devices, and environmental impacts of new technologies and methods.
