Drexel’s Telecommunications Engineering graduate program responds to the growing demand for engineers with telecommunications experience fueled by the rapid spread of technologies such as electronic mail, cellular and mobile phone systems, interactive cable television, and the information superhighway. The program combines the expertise of faculty in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Business, Information Systems, and Humanities. The program combines a strong foundation in telecommunications engineering with training in other important issues such as global communications, business aspects of telecommunications, and information transfer and processing. Through its interdisciplinary approach, Drexel's Telecommunications Engineering program trains and nurtures the complete telecommunications engineer.
