Wissahickon Trail Restoration

The American Society of Civil Engineers Younger Members Forum is looking for volunteers to assist in the Wissahickon Trail Restoration project. Work will include cutting tread, moving rock, removing invasive species and re-grading trails. All necessary tools will be provided along with snacks and drinks. Sturdy work boots or sneakers, work gloves, long pants and clothes that can get dirty will be necessary. Refillable water bottles are preferred to reduce waste. Please RSVP by July 24, 2013 by clicking here. There is limited parking so carpooling is recommended. Interested individuals should inform AEI of attendenace by emailing dsoaei@drexel.edu to set up a carpool.
