Earle Mack School of Law

The Earle Mack School of Law is the first law school to be founded by a major research university in 30 years. Traditionally, Drexel University has great strength in the areas of engineering, science, business, and health care. The Juris Doctor (JD) program has been designed around these innovative fields to prepare law students for the challenges of 21st-century practice.

The School of Law will take full advantage of Drexel’s unique academic position to provide:

  • Training in fast-growing specializations
  • Drexel Co-op opportunities in a variety of practice areas
  • Small class sizes and accomplished faculty
  • Newly constructed law school building with wireless Internet access

The JD program includes at least two opportunities to obtain real-world experience through our nationally known Drexel Co-op program and may be completed in three years as a full-time student. For further information about the JD program, visit the College of Law website.
