Career Development

LeBow College of Business

Drexel's long tradition of experiential learning extends to graduate and professional students. At the graduate level, students have access to resources that help them gain professional experience, search for jobs, and research their field of interest.

Our Business of Ambition initiative provides ROI (Return on Investment) — personalized career planning for career changers or career accelerators that allows students to maximize their career progression. Students develop individualized Career Development Plans with MBA Career Services to identify, develop, and document leadership skills through career practicum experiences such as the college's MentorMatch program, involvement with associations, internships, and volunteer activities.

After graduation, LeBow College’s Office of MBA Career Services continues to support alumni with career-planning workshops, career counseling, and a résumé search.

Graduate Internships

Internships are ideal for graduate students who are looking to develop their skills and build their résumés. They are also valuable for experienced professionals who want to change careers.

Internships provide students with the option of blending traditional coursework with a three- to six-month period of paid off-campus employment. Students also receive academic credit and work with faculty advisors to develop projects that reflect their experiences.
