Operations

Enrollment Management Operations manages the flow of critical prospective student information sent to and from the University from the point of student inquiry through enrollment. Operations places a high priority on the use of technology to enhance productivity and efficiency throughout Enrollment Management and as a showcase for the University's strength in this area. The division advises affiliated units, including LeBow College of Business, the Earle Mack School of Law, the College of Medicine, and Drexel University Online, on admission application management and the utilization of enrollment management modules within Sungard Higher Education's Banner product.

Department Responsibilities

  • Ensure processing of all inquiries to the University within 48 hours
  • Mail appropriate recruitment material within 72 hours of initial inquiry
  • Prepare applications for internal/external review within one to two weeks of application start
  • Increase complete applications for freshman, transfer, and graduate areas
  • Develop technological solutions to enhance workflow throughout the division
  • Coordinate Enrollment Management's use of technology and space
