Enrollment Planning and
Retention Services

Drexel Enrollment Planning coordinates the effective use of resources, both human and fiscal, to meet enrollment, staff development, and assessment goals. Drexel Retention Services provides a "one-stop shop" to assist students with college financial planning, registration, and transcript services.

Department Responsibilities

  • Create effective policies that support the admission and retention of a broad range of students, including traditional and adult students, using a variety of delivery platforms such as face-to-face instruction, online delivery, and blended instruction
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of Enrollment Management policy as it relates to employees within the division
  • Support the recruitment, retention, development, and assessment of Enrollment Management staff through training and recognition programs
  • Allocate budget resources to support the division's strategic priorities, monitor the budget on a quarterly basis, and assist other division leaders with creating division-wide efficiencies in the use of budget and human resources
  • Administer $315 million in federal, state, and institutional aid to effect the admission, retention, and graduation of undergraduate and graduate students
