Enrollment Management Departments

Enrollment Management is responsible for the local, national, and international recruitment, admission, and retention of students as well as services for campus visits, student financial planning, registration, and transcript services. In order to serve students and their families as efficiently and effectively as possible, the duties of Enrollment Management have been divided into four departments, each led by an assistant vice president. Joan McDonald, senior vice president of Enrollment Management, oversees all of the departments and their more than 100 employees.

  • Recruitment – Promotes the University's academic programs in order to seek high-quality students.

  • Admissions – Ensures the qualification of our students and works with University colleges and schools to monitor enrollment levels.

  • Operations – Manages our conversation with prospective students from the point of inquiry throughout the enrollment process.

  • Enrollment Analytics – Collects and analyzes data to assist the division in making critical strategic decisions.
