- Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
- Essay: Describe what you perceive to be pressing public health issues,
why a career in the field is appealing, and how a public health career
will utilize your strengths (1–2 pages).
- Two letters of recommendation
- GRE, GMAT, LSAT, or MCAT
- Résumé
For international students or applicants who earned a degree outside of the US
- Minimum TOEFL – 580/237 – iBT scores will be reviewed based on section scores and total scores
- I-20 Application and supporting financial documents
- International transcript evaluation
