Making Payments

Paying Your Tuition and Fees

 You must pay all of your tuition, health insurance, and other fees by 5:00 p.m. on Friday of Orientation week, OR:

  • You will owe a late fee of $50.  No exceptions!  There is no payment plan available for new students.
  • You will not be allowed to attend classes until tuition is paid.
  • You will be marked “absent” for every day that you do not attend class.  This can cause problems with your visa status.
  • If you have any questions about payment, you can talk to the Administrative Coordinator.

Payment Instructions

  1. All payments using bank drafts, personal checks, money orders, or cash should be made at the Drexel University Cashier’s Office in the Main Building. 
  2. You can also use Western Union to transfer money directly to Drexel ELC. (Download instructions here)
  3. Credit Card payments for tuition and fees can be made online only via DrexelOne
    • Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted 
    • All credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable processing fee for each transaction, currently 2.75% (0.0275). 
    • Be sure you have set up your Drexel University Computer Account and have your User ID and Password.

Withdrawal & Tuition Refund

The refund policy for Drexel ELC allows for a refund of tuition when you withdraw from Drexel ELC. The tuition deposit, health insurance, and other fees are nonrefundable charges. This policy is based on the Drexel University refund policy.

Changing from 1st half to full term during the first week of classes requires a $50 administrative fee.  After that, including at midterm, changing from 1st half to full term requires a $150 administrative fee.
