ELC Housing Application

DREXEL ELC HOUSING APPLICATION

Drexel ELC has 4 kinds of housing, but we cannot always guarantee availability. Please apply early. Housing is assigned in the order that we receive your application. Mark your first and second choices by writing 1 or 2 next to the choices you prefer. Type in the information and PRINT OUT this application. We cannot accept applications via e-mail because they must be signed.

Drexel World House Dormitory $1545-$1950 per term ($515-$650 per month).
$200 security deposit required to reserve your space. (Refundable when you leave.)

Check here if you want to request a single room. You must be willing to accept a shared room if a single room is not available. We cannot promise that you will have a single room.

International House approx. $2400-$2550 per term ($800-$850 per month)
$325 deposit plus $30 application fee ($355 total) required to reserve your space. (Deposit refundable when you leave.)

Homestay approx. $2079 per term ($27 per night) + $200 placement fee
A nonrefundable $200 placement fee is required to reserve your room. Please complete the Homestay Information section plus the information below.

The Axis double room $800 per month; single room $1,300 per month
$100 deposit plus $25 application fee ($125 total) required to reserve your space. (Deposit refundable when you leave.)

DO NOT send any payments with this application. We will send you instructions for how to pay your deposit or placement fee when we receive your complete ELC or International Gateway application.

• We will make World House confirmations about 2 weeks before the term begins.

• The Axis will contact you directly to confirm your reservation.

Note: All homestay families must submit an extensive application and be interviewed in their homes in order to be accepted as hosts by Right at Home Homestay.

There are designated move-in and move-out dates for homestays. (Note: You do not have to move out at the end of the term if you continue as a student at Drexel ELC and want to remain at your homestay.)
