Description: Coordination of infrastructure systems with multiple integrated projects through concept development, regulatory, environmental and economic screening, and then through design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance. Includes definition of program objectives and geographic limits; assessing asset conditions; sustainability and stakeholder analysis, team assembly and governance; defining performance and status reporting metrics.

Prerequisites: "C" or better in EGMT 501
