Biography

Professor Donald Koestler is the Course Developer and Subject Matter Expert for EGMT 502: Engineering Management II, which focuses on paradox and creativity. He is also the Course Developer and Subject Matter Expert for EGMT 650 Systems Engineering Leadership.

In developing these courses, Professor Koestler has blended his personal experience with the learnings of other organizations and the best of the current literature. This holistic approach has created unique models used to develop personal and organizational strategies and tactics.

A graduate of Villanova University, Professor Koestler was employed by the Rohm and Haas Company for over 40 years. His entire career with Rohm and Haas was in chemical process technology. He also played a key role in the establishment of the company's Process Development Network.
