Ultima Funds: Adding Funds to an Ultima Account

Adding funds to an Ultima Account can be made at any time and in amount the cardholder chooses. There are many ways to add funds:

• Over the phone with a credit card or debit card
• Through the mail with a check
• In person at the DragonCard Office with cash, check, or credit card
• At the on-campus load stations with cash
• Ultima Fund Addition Forms can be found at any of the DragonCard Offices or by clicking here.

There is also an optional “managed spending” feature of the account that allows each addition to be designated for use only at the Drexel University Bookstore or only at the on-campus dining locations. Funds designated for Dining Services only also receive bonus dollars:            
           5% bonus for each addition of  $100-249
           7% bonus for each addition of  $250-499
           9% bonus for each addition of $500 or over

Ultima Funds balances roll over from term to term. Any remaining balance at the time of graduation will be refunded. Cash can never be withdrawn from the Ultima Funds account.
