Doctoral Candidate Selected as NACCHO Health and Disability Fellow

Evelyn Arana, MS, DrPH candidate in Community Health and Prevention, was recently accepted into the Health and Disability Fellowship program for the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO).

Through this fellowship, Arana will be involved in promoting the health of people with disabilities through inclusive programming, products, and services. She will be developing resources, guides, toolkits, and web-based trainings for state and local health departments.

The fellowship is part-time and will run from December 2016 through June 2017.
