Jenny joined Drexel University in June of 2006. She received her Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Southeast Missouri State University. She has worked in disability services in varying capacities since her undergraduate studies in 2000. Jenny works with all students, but most closely with students who have physical conditions and chronic health impairments, as well as those who have accommodation needs for alternative formats, adaptive technologies.

Ann came to Drexel in September of 2009. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling in Higher Education from the University of Delaware and her Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Music and Ministry from Messiah College. She has been working with students with disabilities for several years and is excited to be on the team in the Office of Disability Services. Ann works mainly with students who have physical conditions and chronic health impairments in determining appropriate accommodations. In addition, she is the Adaptive Technology specialist for the office, working with students to provide print access through interactive technology. She has a passion for student empowerment and education.

Marlene Koestenblatt, Ed.D

Marlene works through the accommodation process with students who have learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder, with and without hyperactivity, psychological impairments, autism, spectrum disorder and brain injuries. Marlene came to Drexel during the summer of 2005. She has a doctorate in School Psychology-Specialization in the Neuropscyhology of Learning Disorders from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a certification in School Psychology/Learning Disabilities.

Michael came to the Office of Disability Services in 2008. An integral member of ODS staff, Michael facilitates accommodation requests for individuals with disabilities. Michael is pleased to return to academia after working in the nonprofit arts community. He spent four years as Office Manager at Philadelphia’s award-winning Mum Puppettheatre. Michael received a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Temple University in 2005 and is beginning work at Drexel on a Masters of Library and Information Science degree in 2009. His primary areas of interest are film, literature, and cultural criticism.
