Philadelphia Area Collegiate Cooperative (PACC)

The PACC (PACC Homepage) is a cooperative purchasing organization that was established in March 2000. The PACC was formed as the result of an agreement between representatives of local higher education purchasing officers to utilize cooperative purchasing best practices to leverage combined buying power for our member institutions. The PACC membership includes public and private institutions located in and around the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks and Chester counties) area.

The PACC utilizes the combined purchasing volume of its members to obtain the "least total cost" for targeted commodities while supporting the unique business requirements of each participating institution. All PACC contracts are awarded to quality suppliers that provide reliable and consistent service and support to all PACC member institutions.

The following institutions are involved with PACC:
Drexel University, University of Pennsylvania, LaSalle University, St. Joseph's University, Temple University, Widener University, Philadelphia University, University of the Sciences, Community College of Philadelphia, PA College of Optometry, Princeton University, Montgomery County Community College, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Cabrini College.

There may be times when a mass bid will go to vendors that involves a number of institutions in the Philadelphia area. When a particular commodity affects your department, you will be informed of the activity and have an opportunity to review the action after a bid is complete.

NOTE All responses on a particular bid are strictly confidential.
