New $99 per month parking permit for students!

New for Fall 2009, opening of K99-Lot on 36th Street between Market Street and Lancaster Avenue. With purchase of a term parking permit students can park for just $99 per month at K99-Lot! Two hundred of these special student-only parking permits are available for immediate purchase and will be sold on a first-come first-served basis.

New Daily Rate for Parking Garage

Effective September 8, 2009, the daily parking rate in the Drexel Parking Garage will increase one dollar to $14.

Drexel Parking Permit Renewal Process for Fall 2009

Drexel Parking Services is pleased to announce there is no waiting list for permit parking on the University City Main Campus.

Renewal Process
All current permits expire on Sunday, September 6, 2009.  All current permit holders are able to renew their permits from Monday, August 24 through Friday, September 4, 2009. To renew, please complete the Parking Permit Sales Contract and make payment of $390.00 (unless using payroll deduction) before 5:00pm on Friday, September 4, 2009.
 
New Customers
The Parking Permit Sales Contract and payment will be accepted starting on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 and will continue until all parking lots are full.

How to Obtain a Permit
Forms can be obtained in the Drexel Parking Office or downloaded here.

Payment may be made by personal check, money order, or major credit card (full time employees may complete the Parking Payroll Deduction Form) in person at the Drexel Parking Services Office, Room 124, at 34th and Market Streets, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

To receive your parking permit hang tag, please drop by the Drexel Parking Services Office.

2009/2010 Parking Services Rates

There will be new parking rates for Fall 2009 – Summer 2010. Overall, rates have increased less than 5% and are necessary to keep pace with expenditures for the cost of maintaining parking facilities, insurance, security, utilities and snow removal. Drexel parking rates compare very favorably with rates in University City, and we thank you for your business.
